Improved proposals for Blenheim House and public consultation event
Since the beginning of March, we've been consulting with Leeds City Council, the local community and city stakeholders about our proposals to redevelop the site of Blenheim House on Duncombe Street, close to the inner ring road in Leeds city centre.

About the site
The site is currently home to an office building which will become vacant later this year. Jubilee Property Group (the site owner) is promoting plans to demolish this office building and redevelop the site for new student accommodation and open public spaces.
Blenheim House location plan
The site is located in a prominent position at the intersection of the A65 Kirkstall Road and the A58 Leeds inner ring road, with return frontages to Marlborough Street and Duncombe Street.
